EXISTING MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF PLYWOOD, FLUSH DOOR & BLOCK BOARD

PLYWOOD:

The main ingredients for manufacturing superfine quality of durable plywood are core and face. Face is placed on the core and the same is pressed by hot press machine under high temperature. Depending upon different size of plywood to be prepared, different size of core is used. In this process resin is used as bonding factor to stick the two layers: core & face.

The next & the last process are of cutting and finishing of plywood.

FLUSH DOORS / BLOCK BOARDS:

The main ingredients for manufacturing superfine quality of durable Flush doors / Block boards are core, wood and face. The first step is preparation of wooden frames from wood. Then core & face are placed on frames and the same is pressed by hot press machine under high temperature. In this process resin is used as bonding factor to stick the two layers : core & face.

The next & the last process are of cutting and finishing of plywood.

NOTE: Resin is procured from the outside agencies for the existing plant.
