Ensures efficient, transparent, and compliant management of agency records and information through the use of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies. Partnering with Information Technology (IT) and business stakeholders, defines electronic records management concepts, objectives, and approaches. Designs, implements, and supports innovative solutions for the full life-cycle of electronic records management. Partners with inter-departmental customers to define and execute requirements for process improvements in records management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor’s degree with major course work in Library Science, Information Science, Records Management or a related field will account for three of the five years of experience. 2. Six years of experience in records management, or ECM projects to include exposure in, content management, and documentation management or information architecture.
Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, maybe considered.
PREFERRED 1. AIIM and/or ARMA certification
