(IV). PROPOSED TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR EIA STUDIES I. BASELINE DATA COLLECTION : A. AMBIENT AIR QUALITY  Baseline data for the proposed project.  A study area of 10 Km. radius.  6 nos. of sampling stations based on predominant wind direction, upwind direction, cross wind direction, rural area representation and urban area representation.

 Parameters PM10, SO2, NOX.  Frequency of monitoring 2 days a week for 3 months (commencing from 1st March 2014 to 31st May 2014).

B. WATER QUALITY  Ground water quality at 6 locations within the study area.  Ground water quality for parameters as per IS : 10500  Surface water quality at two location and analyzed for various parameters

 Prediction of GLC’s of PM, SO2 & NOx using Air quality model.  Finding out the net resultant GLC’s by superimposing predicted incremental rise in concentrations over the baseline concentrations and comparing them with National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
