THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1508/76 of 24 June 1976 on imports of olive oil origi nating in Tunisia ('), and in particular Article 6 thereof . 1 . The following paragraph is added to Article 1 (3) of Regulation ( EEC) No 1586/76 : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 1514/76 of 24 June 1976 on imports of olive oil origi 'The receipt referred to above may also be issued nating in Algeria and in particular Article 6 by a bank established in the importing Member thereof, State with which Tunisia has opened a special account for the purpose of refunding the charge in Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No the currency of the abovementioned Member 1521 /76 of 24 June 1976 on imports of olive oil origi State . (EEC) No 601 /76' are hereby replaced by the words 'a procedure of tendering for the levy'. It shall apply until 31 October 1977 .

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No There shall be put up for sale at a fixed price under 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization the conditions set out hereinafter skimmed-milk of the market in milk and milk products ( 1 ), as last powder bought in under Article 7 ( 1 ) of Regulation amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2 ), and in (EEC) No 804/ 68 and taken into storage before 1 particular Articles 7 ( 5) and 28 thereof, January 1976 .
Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Article 2 conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuations of the currencies of certain Member 1 . Purchase contracts may only be concluded with the intervention agency during the period from the States (3 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No fourth Tuesday of each month to the Tuesday of the 557/76 (4 ), and in particular Article 6 thereof, following week , hereinafter called ' the selling period'. Whereas in conjunction with the sale by tender under Commission Regulation (EEC) No 368/77 of 23 2 .
