Born and raised in Birmingham, England, Mark Lowry moved to El Paso from Jacksonville Armada FC (NASL) where he first served as Assistant Coach and ultimately the Head Coach, leading the team through record-setting milestones. Prior to his time with Armada FC, Lowry worked as the Community Programs Director and Assistant Coach for the Orlando City SC U-23 side before transitioning to a role as the MLS Pro Academy Head Coach.

While in England, Lowry worked for two English Premier League (EPL) teams. He served as a Player Scout and Academy Coach for Wolverhamption Wanderers FC as well as a Player Scout for hometown club, Birmingham City FC.
