Shaw College Student Hostel Places 2017/18 Notes of Online Application Form Filling

1. The form must be filled in English.

2. For item A, please refer to Appendix 1 & 2 below for the type of residence. Please note that the floor area is calculated in square feet (1 sq.m = 10.76 sq.ft) and please provide the supporting documents showing the calculation of total living area. When total living area is not available, it will be calculated by 90% of the saleable area.

3. For item B, please refer to Appendix 4 below and choose the appropriate Residence District.

4. For applicants applying for “special quota” in item C, please refer to Appendix 3 below and select a proper category. For other applicants, please select “Not applicable”.

5. Applicants should submit the online application form from 20 August (9 a.m.) to 25 August (12 noon) through this link: https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/shawhostel/Logon.asp Then, applicants are required to print the online-submitted application form and submit in person or by authorized persons with ORIGINALS and COPIES of proof of residential address and area to Wen Lan Tang, Shaw College from 21 August to 25 August within office hour (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
