2. Welcomes the Commission 2. Is of the opinion that the relevant communication on the EU strategy on the tools to tackle child poverty such as rights of the child and endorses its healthcare, education, nutrition and objectives of fulfilling the shared housing fall within the competence and responsibility of respect for and the responsibility of the Member States; protection of the rights of every child, encourages the Member States to fight alongside a common project for healthier, child poverty and social exclusion and to resilient and fairer societies for all; promote equal, inclusive opportunities and acknowledges that the Commission health; encourages national and local proposal for a Council recommendation authorities to provide children in need with establishing a European Child Guarantee effective and free access to a set of key complements the strategy and focuses on services, such as free, quality early children in need in establishing a childhood education and care, educational European enabling framework to defend and school-based activities, and healthcare, children’s rights and put them at the top and effective access to adequate housing of the EU agenda; endorses its main goal and healthy nutrition, on the same footing to fight child poverty and social exclusion as their peers; and to promote equal, inclusive opportunities and health; strongly supports the concrete guidance given to competent national and local authorities on providing children in need with effective and free access to a set of key services, such as free, quality early childhood education and care, educational and school-based activities, and healthcare, and effective access to adequate housing and healthy nutrition, on the same footing as their peers;

3. Calls for the EU and the Member 3.
