CORRIGENDUM-I1

Subject:-Re-Scheduling of State Level Youth Festival 2020-2021 organized by DOE Delhi. As per the new guidelines and Schedule of National Youth Festival to be conducted by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports a meeting of Expert Committee held on 28.12.2020 considering the Dates for NYF i.e 05.01.2021 to 08.01.2021 the State Level Youth Festival is Re-scheduled. Ref circular No.F.42/DE/PE&NI/2020-21/3241/54 dated 23.12.2020 & corrigendum No.F.42/DE/PE&NI/2020-21/3314-27 dated 24.12.2020 on this subject matter cited above Youth Festival will now be organized from 31.12.2020 to 04.01.2021 at Delhi. Note:-Registration will be on the spot at the scheduled venue reporting ime of the Registration will be one hour before the scheduled time as mentioned above. General Instructions:-

1. The age limit of participants should be in between 18 to 29 'ears. 2. The participant should be the resident of Delhi and must submit copy of Identity Card/Aadhar Card/Any other age proof at the time of Registration. 3. Performance should not include foul language, should not hamper any religious sentiments and should not create any political unsent. Any performance containing above elements will be disqualified on the spot. 4. Covid Guidelines to be strictly followed-Mask, Sanitize your hands before and after the performance keep your instruments sanitized, maintain social distance while interacting and performing. 5. Participants will have to hrimg their own instruments/materials etc related to all activities. 6. Judge's decision will be final and irrevocable. 7. Winners will move to the National Level, information for which will be shared post Competition. 8. Participants should take care of their own belongings and should not leave it unattended at any time.

Note:- The team/participants who have participated in the last three National Youth Festivals \\ ill not be included in the State contingent.
