BOSTON OFFICE MARKET REPORT SECOND QUARTER 2018 NO SIGNS OF SUMMER SLOWDOWN Greater Boston's market showed no signs of weakening during the second quarter by recording strong growth from numerous industry types. The market continued receiving inbound demand as well as converting organic growth into significant expansion. Most notably, Amazon's commitment to nearly 430,000 square feet at Parcel L4 in the Seaport reflects inbound demand while Wayfair's torrid expansion into roughly 395,000 SF in the Back Bay at 222 Berkeley and 500 Boylston Street exemplifies organic growth. The region's demographics and economy have remained solid which has supported and promoted Boston's recent expansion. Firmly rooted in education, technology and life sciences, Boston's diverse economic base has submitted strong job growth through increased recruitment and skilled labor retention from the area’s leading universities and institutions. Town of Falmouth Plan for an Improved Transportation Network for Bicycling January 6, 2016 Town of Falmouth: 2015 Bike Plan Prepared by the Cape Cod Commission in cooperation with the Town of Falmouth and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation This report was funded in part through grants from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA), United States Department of Transportation (USDOT). The Falmouth Bikeways Committee, consisting of citizen volunteers widely experienced in bicycling, transportation, and educational issues, contributed immeasurably to this Plan. More information is available at [email protected] Executive Summary The 2015 Falmouth Bike Plan is a result of collaboration between the Town of Falmouth’s Bikeways Committee and the transportation staff of the Cape Cod Commission. Between 2010 and 2012 there were 43 reported crashes involving bicycles in Falmouth. It is widely accepted that many more occur but are unreported. This fact serves as one catalyst for action. The Plan identifies numerous problems on roads that would be desirable for bicycling if corrective actions such as reducing motorist speed and installing wider shoulders or bike lanes were implemented to encourage people who want to ride bicycles to feel safe. -

250-RICR-100-00-1 TITLE 250 – DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT CHAPTER 100 – PARKS AND RECREATION SUBCHAPTER 00 – N/A PART 1 – Park and Management Area Rules and Regulations 1.1 Purpose The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is for the control, custody, governance, and use of state Management Areas, State Parks, and other areas operated and maintained by the Divisions of Fish and Wildlife, Parks and Recreation, and Forest Environment within the Department of Environmental Management ("RIDEM"). 1.2 Authority These Rules and Regulations are promulgated pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 20- 1-2, 20-1-4, and 20-1-8, and R.I. Gen. Laws Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, 42- 17.10, 20-18, 20-15, 32-2 and 32-3 and in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35, the Administrative Procedures Act. 1.3 Administrative Findings These Rules and Regulations were initially promulgated in order to address the often confusing and sometimes conflicting situation that was created due to the fact that numerous regulations administrated by several different divisions had authority over certain aspects of the RIDEM’s Parks and Management Areas. This current amendment is an effort to make those Rules and Regulations more effective and user friendly. 1.4 Application The terms and provisions of these Rules and Regulations shall be liberally construed to permit the RIDEM to effectuate the purposes of state law, goals, and policies. 1.5 Severability If any provision of these Rules and Regulations or application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remainder of the Rules and Regulations shall not be affected thereby. -

BOSTON OFFICE MARKET REPORT FIRST QUARTER 2019 HOT START TO THE NEW YEAR FOR BOSTON Setting the tone for 2019, the office market has seen an increase in asking rates and decline in vacancy, both of which are likely to remain the trend through the year with limited availability projected for 2019. Despite limited availability projected for the remainder of 2019, the development pipeline in Boston will bring relief to the tight market in the years to follow. The One Congress Tower, a one million square foot office tower expected to break ground this summer, is one of the major developments that will bring new space to the market when it opens in 2023. The tower has already locked down a major tenant in State Street who will be relocating from their longtime home at One Lincoln Street.
