P R HOROSCOPES O S BY HOLIDAY A N D ARIES (March 21-April 19) - It won’t be enough for you to know a person’s name. You’ll C want to also know that person’s story. And if a O N person can’t deliver you said “story,” you’ll S respect that person all the more – a clean slate.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20) - The Internet tells you to spoil the one you adore with hugs and kisses – not bad advice, though much depends on timing. You’re playing a sophisticated game. One answer does not fit all. Z GEMINI (May 21-June 21) - The Bible I suggests that we are dust and will return to it. T Joni Mitchell echoed the sentiments when she S sang, “We are star dust. We are golden.” You’ll feel the profundity of those words today.

CANCER (June 22-July 22) - There is a person who depends on you. This is real and important. Be all you can be to that person today. This is one of many days in a chapter of time, R and yet it is the only day we can do something E about. X LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) - Maybe you don’t M even know how you got into it, but boy, you are O in it now. Are you ever. For a lot of the day you’ll R wonder how to get out of it. The expression that G rules after that: Good riddance. A N VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) - I takes a long time to be a master. That’s why the masters are exonerated. You’ll praise one today without knowing how your praise will land. Truly, it will mean more than the master lets on. P LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) - When someone H makes an effort, you encourage. Words help; A actions speak louder. You’ve a good idea about N the action you should take, so go for it: You are T always on the ready to make things better for O you and yours. M

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21) - You attract good friends; there’s no question about that. Do they measure up to the standards that others set for you? Maybe not. Are those people in a position to set your standards? Maybe not. M A SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) - It’s fine if R you don’t make sense. In fact, stop. Then realise: Y No one makes sense all of the time. Your nonsense will have a certain genius to it today. W O CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) - Playing the R game – that’s where the fun is for you. The T score only matters in as much as it’s a marker H for who gets to play and who doesn’t.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) - Art is not science. As much as one tries to measure it and M weigh it and make sense of it, it can never work O on a logical scale. And neither can a certain T relationship you have that is prettying up the H walls of your life. E R PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) - You’ll use all of G the tools available to you to connect with like O minds. This will accentuate your tendencies. The Barbados Advocate SPORTSSPORTS Tuesday December 8, 2015 • 23 Wanderers Australia give back to Barbados THE Barbados Netball Association got a helping hand this weekend when Wanderers Australia made a small but very welcome donation of sporting equipment. The sporting organisation, which has hosted several teams in and hockey to Barbados in the past, have brought what is believed to be the first junior Australian netball team of any kind to the Caribbean. Speaking to The Barbados Advocate this past Sunday evening during games against national youth teams at Springer Memorial, Wanderers Australia representative Brad Fussell explained that the organisation had brought 27 girls ranging from ages 14 to 18 to play against local schools and club teams from November 29 to December 9. Noting that the three teams were made up of girls who had not played together or even met before the trip out,Fussell stated that the main aim of the tour was to provide social and sporting enrichment for the youngsters. Wanderers Australia representative Brad Fussell is presented with a token of appreciation by Barbados Netball Association “For a netball club or netball President, Nisha Craigwell, while they are flanked by players and umpires on Sunday evening. association from Australia to come all the way to the really good coaching.
