4 Payment Procedure & Refund Policy

An application fee of $250 is required along with the application in order to secure space and a letter of invitation to the program. The remaining balance of fees is due prior to the program start date.

International payments can be made at Flywire.com ESLi Canada has partnered with Flywire.com to pay securely from any country and any bank.

Students who cancel in writing prior to arrival in Canada and prior to the program start date will be refunded in full with the exception of the $250 application fee, which is non-refundable. No refund will be given after the program start date. Private Training Institutions Branch

Students may not file a claim against the Student Tuition Protection Fund with the Trustee in respect of this program of instruction.

5 Terms of Agreement, Disclaimer and Signature

I understand that I or my son/daughter will be required to participate in all classes and activities as outlined in the program schedule, and abide by the following rules and regulations of the program.  No use of alcohol or illegal drugs  No possession of and/or use of pornographic materials  No breach of homestay rules and regulations as provided to students on arrival  No unsafe or dangerous behaviors to self or others including bullying

I also understand that ESLI reserves the right to dismiss any student who does not abide by such rules and that such student will be returned home at their own expense.
