Regency estate, with its beautiful structure and design, is situated at the heart of Dobivili. It is spread on sprawling 30 acre expanded, independent township houses, landscape gardens, with kids play area, a wide spread club house, an amphitheater. Moreover spiritually to discuss, it has a mediation room in clubhouse and also a temple for all religions. It has saibaba temple with wide spread garden and with coconut trees in it, a divine experience you get when you enter the premises. When you enter the temple premises, all your negative energy vanishes, and have positive mind. Regency estate has a lot of gardens, which are, a garden with kids play area, garden with jogging track with utmost lavishness, a garden with basket ball court, garden with box cricket, etc. Regency estate is a five year old constructed project but the growth is enormous.
