During the summer, we began working on a new Technology Assessment for our system-wide operations . Improving our overall technology is a key goal identified in our new Strategic Plan . We are examining our complete infrastructure, our platforms and applications, so that moving forward we will be better equipped to provide what is needed at all of our branches and at our centralized service center . Additionally, a security audit has been completed to help us ensure network security and privacy standards .
