Our beef steaks are from cattle born & raised in Scotland on farms that meet Quality Meat Scotland assurance standards. Award winning Fife based meat specialist John Henderson supplies our beef and as you would expect Beef, Lamb & Pork are all native, They hang the Beef for up to 32 days to ensure that all prime cuts have flavour and are tender. Our supplier is Perth based George Campbell, who has a reputation for providing the finest fresh fish, shell fish and in Scotland. Daily catches are prepared through the night ready for our kitchens to prepare. An ethical fishmonger balancing the needs of consumer demand and sustainability of fish stocks.

Mark Murphy supply premium quality fruit and vegetables, and fine foods to Castlehill Restaurant. They provide our kitchen with an enormous range of produce which is showcased through our menu. Wild Taste arrive fully stocked where our chefs truly forage, they offer a diverse range of foraged herbs, mushrooms , seasonal veg, Scottish cheeses, and great artisan ingredients.

Our dairy products are delivered buy our local supplier Kerrs Dairy, our menu is graced with their creamery, free range hen & duck eggs.
