On the night of November 6,1978, one of the most. popular TV night programs, called "11 PM" (pro- nounced literally "ELEVEN PM" in English) being presented each night Monday through Friday, from 11:15 p.m. to 12:25 a.m., which quite frequently features both UFO and occult subjects, came out with a very strange, eerie encounter with a weird humanoid on the top of a mountain in Sayama City in Saitama Prefecture, in Japan by an amateur wireless operator ("ham") on the night of October 3, 1978.
