Kick off the design process with the Design Studio at Project Nursery in just three simple steps:

1) Answer the questionnaire below. The more details you provide, the better we can serve you. 2) Submit your completed questionnaire but don’t forget to include photos of existing furniture, the room itself and another finished room in your home. 3) Follow the Paypal link to purchase your design service.

1. What room do you need help designing?

2. If expecting, when is your due date? Do you know the sex of your baby and have you decided on a name? Or what is the child’s name, age and sex?

3. Does Mom or Dad have any favorite hobbies they would like included or showcased in the room? (i.e. Dad is a golf fanatic and Mom collects dolls) Or what are your child’s likes and dislikes? (i.e. favorite toys and themes).

4. Do you own or rent? If renting, what are your limitations with regard to physical alterations?

5. Does anyone in your immediate family suffer from allergies to fibers or other natural materials? (i.e. down, latex)

6. Do you have carpet or hardwood floors? What color?

7. Is there existing furniture or previously purchased items you would like to see stay in the room? (Don't forget to include pictures)

8. Please share any unique architectural features of your room. ( i.e. oversized windows, 10ft tall ceilings)

9. What styles are you drawn to: Modern, Contemporary, Traditional, Transitional, Whimsical, or Eclectic? What style would you like to see reflected in your child's room?

10. Do you have a color palette or theme in mind for the room? Favorite colors? What types of patterns and prints do you prefer?(i.e. pinks, neutrals, flowers, stripes, damask)

11. Do you have a special item (fabric, book, print, photograph, etc.) that you would like us to use as inspiration or incorporate into the room?

12. What styles of furniture do you prefer or envision: Light or dark woods? Sleigh or contemporary crib? Overstuffed glider or simple rocker?

BUDGET & MISC.

13. Though Project Nursery Design boards are not budget specific, do you have a budget for this project? If so, what is it?
