Frequently Asked Questions Q: How do I save a recipe that I like? A: When you view a recipe you can like it by clicking on the heart in the top right. This will add the recipe to your favorites page.
Q: How do I add a recipe to a favorites folder? A: Go to favorites > All favorites > Add to folder, then click on a recipe that you would like to file. You will get an option to add the recipe to any folder that you have.
Q: How do I create a new folder? A: Go to favorites > New folder then you will get an option to enter in the name of your new folder and click create.

Fill mixing glass to the top with ice add liquuid, no more than 2/3 from the top of the glass. Insert spoon along the side of the glass facing in. Stir quickly without churning the ice until the outside of the glass is cold. Strain into glass.
Layering

Slowly pour down the spoon and into the glass. The ingredient should run down the inside of the glass and remain seperated from the ingredient below it. Learning the approximate weight of certain liqueurs and such will allow you to complete this technique more successfully, as lighter ingredients can then be layered on top of heavier ones.

To extract the most flavor from certain fresh ingredients such as fruit or mint garnishes, you should crush the ingredient with the muddler on the back end of your bar spoon, or with a pestle.

Fill mixing glass to the top with ice add liquuid, no more than 2/3 from the top of the glass. Place metal half of shaker on top. give it a smack to make sure you have a good seal. Shake firmly over shoulder with glass side toward you till you feel the shaker get cold.. Hold glass side up and smack the metal shaker with the heel of your hand where the sides intersect at an angle. Pour or strain into glass.
