Visitors should inform the Booking Office of their expected time of arrival by sending back the pink arrival slip, duly completed, 28 days before their holiday is due to start. For those arriving early we will try to arrange for their accommodation to be ready as soon after 12 noon as possible. For visitors arriving after 5p.m. arrangements will be made for them to be met at the Site Office.
