Floreat Beach Dune The project will restore vegetation cover for the dunes fronting Floreat ▪ $21,990 $10,590 Restoration Surf Life Saving Club, the Floreat Kiosk and the adjoining playground ▪ Cambridge Coastcare Inc area. Erosion in this area is threatening infrastructure and is identified in the 2019 'Coastal Erosion Hotspots in WA' report.

Cottesloe Foreshore Dune This project will continue the commitment to ecologically restore the ▪ $19,338.96 $7,126.25 S12 Restoration Project Cottesloe coastline. Several sites are completely degraded and have ▪ Cottesloe Coastcare Association very low native species diversity, and are inundated with invasive ▪ Schools and corporate groups weeds and dense couch grass growth. Integrated Foreshore This project will continue the ecological restoration of the coastal ▪ $82,810 $49,945 Restoration in City of Stirling areas within the City of Stirling. A significant section of coast between ▪ Stirling Natural Environmental Coastcare Inc & Trigg Scarborough Coast South Trigg and North Scarborough is inundated with invasive weed ▪ Perth NRM Stage 2 species, loss of natural habitats and erosional forces. The degraded area will undergo native planting and will provide a link between successful restoration projects. Swanbourne Oval Greenway This project will increase bushland areas and improve it as a ▪ $105,350 $16,433 Development - Stage 2 biodiversity corridor by converting part of the oval and parkland areas ▪ Friends of Allen Park and Swanbourne Coastal Alliance to coastal shrublands. It will rehabilitate other localised degraded ▪ Conservation Volunteers Australia dune areas through invasive weed control and infill planting. This ▪ Scotch College project will increase the ecological integrity of the entire coastal corridor by enhancing linkages to adjacent bushland areas as well as coastal areas north and south in Cottesloe and Cambridge.
