The Lakers finished the season on a high note, defeating their LA counterparts, 115-100 as guests in the STAPLES Center. It was the first time the Lakers defeated the Clippers "on the road" since the 2012 season, snapping an 11-game streak. Two career-highs did the damage for the Lakers, paced by Josh Hart with 30 points (9-15 FG, 7-9 3FG), five rebounds and five assists. It was his fourth consecutive game with at least 20 points, totaling five 20-point games on the season. Gary Payton II recorded career-bests in points (25) and rebounds (12), for his first double-double. Brook Lopez (14 points) andAlex Caruso (15 points, 7 rebounds) rounded out the double-digit scorers. led the Clippers with 23 points, while (15 points), Boban Marjanovic (12 points, 10 rebounds), Sindarius Thornwell (12 points) and Sam Dekker (10 points) also scored in double-figures.
