Letter from the President

Aloha EWI of Honolulu!

Where has the year gone! We are three-fourths way through the chapter year, and I look forward to the remaining 3 months.

Thank you to JaDawn Perez, American Carpet One, and her amazing committee for a wonderful and inspiring EWISP event. Congratulations to all the awardees, especially to Keilani Kim of Kalani High School, our first place recipient of a $5,000 scholarship. Keilani’s application was forwarded for the corporate-level competition, and we wish her the best of luck.

Francine Lee-Kadota, Meridian Properties, and her Program Committee have planned an exciting business meeting at the Blaisdell Center on June 13, 2018. Please be sure to attend so we can establish quorum. One of the business matters is to elect our Chapter’s delegates to the EWI Leadership Conference and Annual Meeting (LCAM) in September. The Nominating Committee will also present the 2018 – 2019 slate of officers.

In July, Kim Oshiro, Hilton Beach, and Candace Yuen, Aston Waikiki Beach, along with the ASIST Committee will be presenting $20,000 in scholarships to our ASIST winners. Please be sure to join us at the Hilton Waikiki Beach.

Thank you for everyone’s continued hard work in making EWI of Honolulu one of the best organizations in !
