The Municipalities Act [sections 53, 56, 57, 59, 61, 62 and 63] ______
ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — BETWEEN THE TOWN OF CRAIK AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CRAIK NO. 222 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Rural Municipality of Craik No. 222 has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that: (a) the boundaries of the Town of Craik and the Rural Municipality of Craik No. 222 be altered by withdrawing from the town and adding to the rural municipality the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Craik; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order. Dated at the City of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, the 22nd day of April, 2009.

SCHEDULE A The boundaries of the Town of Craik are altered by withdrawing from the town and adding to the Rural Municipality of Craik No. 222, the territory within Township 24, Range 28, West of the Second Meridian in the Province of Saskatchewan and described as: (1) that portion of the north‑east quarter of Section 11 lying east of the north‑eastern boundary of railway shown on Plan BY1180; (2) the following portions of Section 14: (a) legal subdivisions 1, 8, 9, and 16; and (b) that portion of legal subdivision 2 lying east of the north‑eastern boundary of railway shown on Plan BY1180; (3) the following portions of Section 22: (a) that portion of the north‑east quarter lying north of the south‑western boundary of provincial highway 11 shown on Plan 69MJ09605; and (4) legal subdivisions 1, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Section 23. SCHEDULE B The boundaries of the Town of Craik shall comprise the territory in the Province of Saskatchewan lying within Township 24, Range 28, West of the Second Meridian and described as: (1) legal subdivisions 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of Section 14; (2) legal subdivisions 8, 9, and 16 of Section 15; (3) the following portions of Section 22: (a) legal subdivision 1; (b) those portions of legal subdivisions 7 and 8 lying east of the south‑western boundary of roadway shown on Plan CX1057; and (c) that portion of the north‑east quarter lying east of the south‑western boundary of the roadway shown on Plan CX1057 and lying south‑west of the southern boundary of provincial highway 11 shown on Plan 69MJ09605; and (4) legal subdivisions 2, 3, and 4 of Section 23. Unless otherwise specified, the above described portions of sections include the adjoining south and west road allowances, intersections thereof and widenings thereto by plan of survey. For description purposes, the land acquired by plan of survey for widening to an adjoining road allowance is deemed to be part of the road allowance. The said plans of survey are of record with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan. ______

2009/2010 transportation subsidy rates Pursuant to section 8 of The Commercial Fishing Production Incentive Regulations, being R.R.S., c.R-19.01 Reg 1, dated August 19, 1983, I, June Draude, Minister of First Nations and Métis Relations, do hereby order: 1 The 2009/2010 Transportation Subsidy rates for fish taken by commercial fishermen from designated waters during the 2009/2010 summer and winter fisheries shall be in accordance with the Transportation Subsidy Rates set out opposite the Subsidy Zones in SCHEDULE “A” of this Order, entitled 2009/2010 Transportation Subsidy Zones and Rates. 2 The transportation subsidy rates set out in SCHEDULE “A” of this Order and the price support subsidy rate on mullet set out in SCHEDULE “C” of this Order shall apply to designated waters in accordance with the Subsidy Zone set out opposite each Water and Location in SCHEDULE “B” of this Order, entitled 2009/2010 Transportation Subsidy Waters and Zones. 3 The 2009/2010 Transportation Subsidy rates shall apply to whitefish, pike, lake trout, goldeye, burbot, and tullibee which are legally harvested and thence delivered to and accepted for market by the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation, its agents, or its licensees, where such licensees have been designated to receive lawful subsidies in accordance with subsection 4(2) of the regulations. 4 The 2009/2010 Price Support Subsidy for mullet taken by commercial fishers from designated waters shall be the amount set out opposite the subsidy zones in SCHEDULE “C” of the Order, entitled 2009/2010 Price Support Subsidy Zones and Rates for Eligible Species, and shall be applied on those volumes delivered to and accepted for market by the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation, its agents, or its licensees, where such licensees have been designated to receive lawful subsidies in accordance with subsection 4(2) of the regulations. 5 This Order shall take effect on May 1, 2009 and, unless otherwise superseded or rescinded, shall remain in force until April 30, 2010. Agri-Food Agencies Financial Reporting Requirements ORDER NO. 01/09. The Agri-Food Council (Council), pursuant to the provisions of The Agri-FoodAct, 2004 (Act), hereby determines and orders as follows: 1 Council requires all agencies established under the Act to appoint a Board member at each Annual General Meeting to act as an Audit Chair for the purposes of ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. 2 Council requires that the following five required reports be included in each agency’s annual report: • an audit report on the financial statements; • an audit report on the rules and procedures to safeguard and control agency assets; • an audit report on compliance with authorities; • a statement comparing actual results to budgeted results in the audited financial statements; and • a payee list with Board of Director approved thresholds disclosed. 3 Council requires all agencies to submit a written and an electronic copy of their annual report no later than one week after the date of their Annual General Meeting. 4 Council requires that the Reporting Standards Certification be signed and dated by each agency’s Audit Chair and submitted to the Council with the agency’s annual report. 5 Any agency that fails to comply with this Order could be found guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction as per clause 42(1)(c), and subsections 42(2) and (3) of the Act. 6 All fines will be recorded in the Council’s annual report. Order No. 01/09 is made pursuant to subsections 25(1) and (2), clause 42(1)(c), and subsections 42(2) and (3) of The Agri‑Food Act, 2004, and shall be effective on, from and after the 7th day of May, 2009. The Beekeepers Development Plan Regulations – CHECK-OFF COLLECTION ORDER 04/09 The Saskatchewan Beekeepers Development Commission, pursuant to the provisions of The Beekeepers Development Plan Regulations and The Agri-Food Act, 2004 hereby determines and orders that: 1(a) By May 31st of each year, each beekeeper who has 100 or more colonies in production shall remit a check-off of $1.00 per colony in production, to the Commission.
