The Philosophy of Making (Festival/Online, Studio of the North), Producer, Director, DP and Video Editor - Working for Studio of the North, as a Producer, Director, DP and Editor, I created a short documentary with a very small team. As co-producer I liaised with talent, crew, location managers and the Universities’ rental house to schedule shoot dates and equipment. As an editor, I used Premiere Pro to bring together the desired narrative of Field Cycles, as they produced a bespoke handmade bicycle celebrating Sheffield’s stage in the Tour De France/Tour De Yorkshire.

VR/360°Video Production, (Infinite360), Camera Assistant, Researcher and Runner - Working in the Ideation and business development team as a researcher, my tasks included; researching client’s brands and audiences to carefully develop ideas for their future campaigns, writing proposal letters and creating presentations for meeting with current and potential clients. - As a Camera Assistant, I worked with the DP to help with a variety of tasks including setting focus, adjusting the lighting to the DP’s requirements and changing the memory cards and batteries.

Promotional videos (Event, Social Media, Online, FindAPhD), Director, DP and Editor - I directed the two shoots which made up the promotional videos for FindaPhD - I also acted as the DP for the shoots, operating the main camera as well as setting up the equipment including the DSLR’s, sound and lighting.

Promotional videos (Social Media, Online, Sheffield Hallam University), DP, Editor and Co-Producer - I helped to bring extra attention, interest and engagement to the University and it’s social media/ online channels through the multiple videos that I directed, shot and edited over a period spanning across 3+ years, where I worked closely with the university to create videos that showcased the university, it’s students and the events they held such those that allowed students to showcase their portfolios to industry career days for the BioScience faculty. RELATED EXPERIENCES/VOLUNTEERING Sheffield Doc/Fest, (festival), Artist Liaison, Crossover Lounge, Interactive Jury Coordinator, 2013, 2014 & 2015 - In my most recent festival, I was hand picked to be the Interactive Jury Coordinator. The role required me to; support the jury members, creating their schedules, ensuring they were able to experience each judged project, escorting them to their Deliberation Lunch. I also aided them with any additional tasks requested such as helping to write the winner announcement speech. - In my first year, I was handpicked to work as the Artist Liaison on the festival’s headline event, Jarvis Cocker’s “Big Melt”, which included working closely with Jarvis by helping with his schedule to ensuring I dealt with any requests he had throughout the day.

The Children’s Media Conference, (festival), Production Assistant/Camera Crew, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 - As Production Assistant, I was responsible for a range of tasks including managing talent, who are giving keynote speeches, organising talent meeting with tech coordinators and planning/looking after ad-hoc tasks in the production office to benefit the stress free running of the day for the keynote speakers. - Each year they film the festival for documentation and promotional purposes, as a camera operator and camera assistant I have been able to help bring their creative visions to life to successful shoot the conference over several years.

Raindance London, VR & 360° Filmmaking Workshop - With an interest in Virtual Reality/360° Filmmaking, I purchased a 360° camera. I swiftly followed this up by attending the Raindance London workshop on VR/360° filming. This allowed me to improve my existing knowledge and content creation skills.

Facebook 360, Workshop - I attended a workshop with Facebook 360. The team covered Spatial Audio and Live 360. Overall the unique and exclusive experience in a class of 24 professionals and experts, lead by Facebook’s product team, provided me with an opportunity to further improve my understanding of Facebook 360 and it’s development processes. - This allowed me to improve my understanding of workflows regarding these subjects through some practical experience with their Facebook 360 Spatial Workstation Plugin.

EDUCATION Masters of Art (MArt) Digital Media Production, Sheffield Hallam University, Graduated: 2015 My final year project included creating a short documentary on the media industry, which was partnered with an iPad app I created. This acted as a second screen whilst it interacted with, and streamed to, an Apple TV and Google Chromecast. A Levels in Media Studies, ICT, Business Studies and Computing plus a Level 3 Certificate in Spanish

PERSONAL INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES

Formula 1 I became a fan of F1 after seeing Schumacher on TV as an 8 year old and have been hooked ever since. Travel I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many places including; San Francisco, New Zealand and St. Lucia, which were all incredible. At the top of my long list of travel destinations I’d love to visit next are: Japan, , Brazil, Belgium and Iceland. Football I’m a lifelong Sheffield United fan. I also try to play football with my friends as often as I can.
