1. About the project:

"Need Help - Stop Violence" is a socio-educational project focused on the prevention and awareness of domestic violence among young Europeans.

The Exchange will be in Malaga as is the Autonomous Community with the highest percentage of complaints presented by domestic violence. It will be from 4 to 10 November 2016 and it will involve a total of 32 young people between 18 and 30 years plus trainers and support staff, a total of 8 partners. The program consists of workshops, exercises, discussions, simulations, games, etc. they design themselves.

Its main objective is to stop the escalation of violence which require gender sensitivity and awareness of all active citizenship. Supporting youth and professional organizations working for gender equality so that, through social education, non-formal, perform preventive work given the high number of cases that are occurring in recent years.

The specific objectives are; create a positive attitude between men and women, making new proposals for action in different areas aimed at preventing gender violence, create a positive attitude towards women and provide greater empowerment of them throughout Europe.

5. How to reach hotel:

From airport go to the airport train station which is near. Take line C1 – FUENGIROLA (Every 20 minutes). Go 4 stations until Torremolinos (aprox. 11 minutes). When you reach the last station, from there you have to walk to the hotel (aprox. 15 minutes).

Go up to the north to the Calle Nogalera. Continue straight to the Calle San Miguel and on circulary take the turn to the Calle Marques de Salamanca. Go up that street until you reach Calle de la Cruz where you have to turn right and then left to street Plaza de las Alpujarras. Then turn right to the Calle Hoyo. Go straight until you see the Hotel Natali on your right side. You are there finally. 

8. About the tickets and FEE:

Please DO NOT loses your boarding passes, train tickets and/or bus tickets!

Mandatory! Please bring with you printed:

We will not be able to reimburse you anymore, if you lose them!

Participation FEE for this youth exchange is: 40 €

9. Reimbursement:

We will reimburse THE 100% AMOUNT of the travelling expenses (up to the amount of APPROVED MONEY FROM National Agency for your country), with bank transfer, on the condition:

 to have sent the filled documents of travel and the copies of expenses by e-mail and to address below;  to have the invoices in original with you during the exchange (flight ticket and other handling charges);  to have boarding passes, train tickets and/or bus tickets.

10. Not reimbursable:

Every participant needs to fulfill the norms of the Erasmus + and HAVE TO participate in the activities. Those who do not participate will not be reimbursed.

If some of the participants cause some troubles in the hotel (like breaking something etc.) he and his organization are responsible and they have to pay for it.

Also, we will not reimburse:

 The expenses of renewal of passport.  The expenses of insurance.  The charges of change of flight ticket.  The travelling expenses outside of itinerary from your country.  The travelling expenses outside of the interchange time.

RULES: ALCHOHOL AND DRUGS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

Program language:

Working language of this training course is English. Your English doesn’t need to be perfect, neither is ours!

Better a little bit of English then no any language communication at all.

It’s important to respect and understand each other!

12. Checklist:

Before leaving check all the items on this list:

 Read the Calendar with all the programmed activities to be ready.

 Bring an open-minded attitude, positive energy, good mood for you and a bit more to share with others

 Take your Passport and ID. Also your student card if you have one

 Check your plane tickets, see if there is the date, destination and your name clearly and correctly written

 Take all your travel documents: bills, tickets, invoices

 Take personal hygienically products,

 Typical foods and drinks from your country for the intercultural night. Also music, traditional objects and clothes if you can

 Bring your photo cameras –you will need them.
