Cunliffe Bowling Club took over the management and maintenance of the green from WCBC, and this purchase helps to ensure the take- over is sustainable. Splash Magic Grant £5,000 To enable the development of a stage 2 bid to the Welsh Government’s Community Facilities Fund. March 2016 BOOSC Ltd T/A Cabin Crew Grant £2,000 Purchase additional resources with a view to being accepted as a Flying Start provider.

The Vic Grant £4,995 To further develop the profile, organisational capabilities, delivery capacity and market positioning of The Vic Studios, the grant will be invested in resources and training. Woodcraft Folk in / Dyfrdwy Grant £5,000 To support the initial set up of a new outdoor group for families affected by ADHD & Gwerin y Coed Autism. This venture is sustainable because a facilitator will support and train carer- volunteers to run subsequent sessions/groups independently. Community Gardens Grant £2,230 To cover costs relating to a leasing agreement, planning permission & the design of the Community Garden. June 2016 Wrexham Social Enterprise Network Grant £2,400 To cover the costs associated with a National Lottery Bid for funding to further develop the network and deliver the Wrexham Social Enterprise Place Action Plan Canolfan Gymraeg Wrecsam Grant £3,920 To meet the costs of new equipment required to establish a music and entertainments Cyfyngedig club at Saith Seren. Cefn Druids FC Loan £20,000 Towards the cost of a 3G Sports Pitch for use by both Cefn Druids FC, and the Wrexham community

September 2016 Wrexham Business Group CIC Grant £5,000 To support the evolution of Wrexham Street Festival, with a view to making it a regular, monthly event. CAIS Grant £5,000 Purchasing equipment required to clean-up discarded needles from ‘hot-spots’ identified throughout the . Garden Village Children’s Centre Grant £5,000 To support the transition from Wat’s Dyke Young Person’s Centre to Garden Village Children’s Centre (GVCC). The transition will include GVCC taking over the lease of the centre from Council. March 2017 Friends of Hightown Community Grant £1,500 To create a community garden, and offer a Wildlife gardening club.

Resource Centre The Wrexham Independent Gallery Grant £3,360 To cover costs associated with establishing a presence in the Butcher’s Market, (excluding rent and service payments), and to support the development of gallery volunteers.
