NoteJ. Closely relatedto G. pimeleoide.r,but differing in thosecharacters outlined under that species, it can be arguedthat this taxon could be left as a subspeciesof G. pimeleoides,or aspart of a complex of subspeciesincludng G.fisnlosa. The discoverytllat G. fuscolutea is (on floral characters)part of theG. drummondii grouprather than G.fstulosd meansth atcitler thecircumsffiptior'of G.drummondii is widenedto include G.fistulosa as anothersubspecies or the group is split into a seriesof 5 closely rclatedspecies. This courseis followed herc, asno integrationin any charactersets has been observed betweenthe taxa suggestingthey are best recogniscdas separateentities.
