All of Myriam’s athletes in the women’s Canoe Slalom program achieved career best results in both the women’s K1 and C1 classes on national and international level. Myriam’s ability to develop female athletes to an international standard saw two of her U23 Team athletes consistently perform on the senior stage and regularly achieve senior semi-final performances at World Cup and World Championship competitions. Myriam and her athletes finished the international season with a record haul of ten gold, one silver and one bronze medal across both U23 and senior competitions -- a national coaching achievement never seen before in Australian Canoe Slalom and around the paddling world.
