Ordered, That upon the disposition of H.R. 5305, the Senate proceed to to resume consideration of the nomination of Rohit Chopra, of the District of Columbia, to be Director, Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection for a term of five years. Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke on the Chopra nomination and the nomination of Tracy Stone-Manning, of Montana, to be Director of the Bureau of Land Management, the mandatory calls required under Rule XXII be waived. Ordered further, That notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, all post-cloture time on the nomination of Jonathan Eugene Meyer, of Ohio, to be General Counsel, Department of Homeland Security be considered expired, and that the vote on confirmation of the nomination occur at a time to be determined by the Leader, following consultation with the Republican Leader on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
