Norsk Hostfest is North America’s largest Scandinavian Festival. Each year tens of thousands of people attend the event annually to celebrate and partake in the Scandinavian culture and entertainment. Over 200 internationally recognized artisans, craftsmen and chefs participate. The experience is an eclectic array of contemporary and traditional. The cuisine as well as the clothes, art and jewelry are authentic, fine quality and exquisitely Nordic.

The Nordic history and heritage is alive from the Clog Shop and the Import Shop to the Solje Shop and the General Store. Unique and fascinating shops abound in the International Marketplace. Buy silver jewelry, Norwegian sweaters, authentic Scandinavian gifts, fine art and souvenirs.

The cuisine cannot be matched — and you won’t find such a wide variety of authentic Scandinavian food anywhere else in North America. People come to Norsk Hostfest just for the superb fare! Choose from four sidewalk cafés. The Scandinavian Kitchen, Swedish Bakery and many more. Indulge in such culinary favorites as Danish Aebelskivers, lutefisk, lefse, Oof-Da Tacos, rice pudding, Swedish meatballs and viking-on-a-stick.

ENTERTAINMENT:

PLEASE NOTE - General Admission each day is included in our tour, but due to customer feedback, we will offer the available Headliner Entertainment at the relevant ticket supplements below enabling you to have the choice of your entertainment.

Each HEADLINER show is available for a supplement of $60 per person per show. Please note, if you plan on seeing 2 headliner shows in any one day then the second show is $85 (the cost of the first show is reduced to $60 as there is no need to purchase a general admission ticket for that day - offsets the cost of the first headliner) – therefore combo price of 2 headliner shows in one day is $145 per person.

THE TEXAS TENORS & TANYA TUCKER SEPTEMBER 26 - 1:00PM

The Texas Tenors will be performing in a double header performance followed by Tanya Tucker. Since their whirlwind debut eight years ago on NBC’s America's Got Talent, The Texas Tenors have accumulated a long list of awards, accolades and an enthusiastic fan base, including three Emmy Awards for the PBS special You Should Dream. They have performed more than 1000 concerts around the world including a 24-city tour of the United Kingdom and China, and collaborations with some of the most prestigious symphonies in the United States including the Cleveland Pops, Houston Symphony and the Pittsburgh Symphony to name a few. People are clearly enjoying their talent as they were recently named the #10 Classical Artist in the world according to Billboard magazine. In 1974, Rolling Stone ran a cover story on Tanya Tucker with the headline that said “You’re Gonna Hear From Me.” Truer words have never been spoken. For four decades, her sultry voice and vivacious stage presence has helped to make her one of the most admired and respected female vocalists in the Country Music genre. Tanya’s reign includes 23 Top 40 albums and a string of 56 Top 40 singles, 10 of which reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts. Along the way, she has provided some of the biggest country music hits of each decade, including, “Blood Red and Goin’ Down,” “Would you Lay with Me (In a Field of Stone)” and “Texas (When I Die),” just to name a few. Tucker is also the recipient of numerous awards, including two CMAs, two ACMs, and three CMT awards.

DANIEL O'DONNELL SEPTEMBER 26 - 7:00PM

It’s no surprise that Daniel O’Donnell is one of the best loved artists of our time, both at home and abroad. He has had a remarkable career. He is the only artist in the world to score a hit in the UK album charts every year since 1988, an unprecedented and unbroken 30 year span and in doing so, he has outshone everyone from Michael Jackson and Madonna to U2 and the Rolling Stones. He accomplished this with his latest album ‘Christmas With Daniel O’Donnell’, released in November 2017, it entered the UK Artist Albums Chart at No. 19. In total, Daniel has now reached the UK Artist Albums Chart with more than 38 albums and has now amassed THIRTY TWO Top 30 albums over the course of his career. Daniel has also achieved eight number one hits in the UK music video/dvd charts over that period.

ENGELBERT HUMPERDINCK SEPTEMBER 27 - 1:00PM

Engelbert Humperdinck never wanted to be a singer. A career in music, yes, but he was extraordinarily shy. The youngest boy of a family of ten children originally from Leicester, England, he grew up in Madras, India, where his father was stationed during World War II. Engelbert’s childhood was dominated by the love of his parents and his brothers and sisters. He knew he could sing harmonies, but the power of his own voice came as a surprise to him and other people. “It’s just so loud, but I discovered I can be tender with it at the same time.”Like all great icons, he is a man of great depth – masculine and loving, shy inside and uninhibited onstage, prepared to play the sex god to the hilt and still, at this stage of his career, managing to get away with it.

To date, Michael has seen 9 studio albums rank in the Top Ten, with 9 #1 singles. His most recent album Songs of Cinema, a selection of iconic film soundtrack songs, was released alongside an original Netflix production Michael Bolton’s Big Sexy Valentine’s Day Special, which ranked among the network’s best comedies upon debut. Michael currently stars in Bolt of Talent, a brand new music travel competition series produced with Fox Networks Group/StarWorld in Asia.

THE BEACH BOYS SEPTEMBER 28 – 7:30PM
