香港郵政核證機關於2000年成立 Hongkong Post Certification Authority (HKPCA) was established in 2000. 於2012年開始香港郵政委託翹晉電子商務有限公司為香港 郵政核證機關的指定營運商。 Starting from 2012, HKPCA has appointed Certizen Limited as the operator for HKPCA. 所有電子證書均由香港郵政核證機關在香港簽發 All e-Cert are issued by HKPCA in HK. 累積電子證書簽發數量接近2,000,000張 Cumulative number of e-Cert issued near 2,000,000

香港郵政電子證書（機構） e-Cert (Organisational) (including MR Status) （包括互認版）載有以下登記 contains the following information of the Subscriber Organisation: 人機構資料：
