which had no ribs." (From a letter to Pammachius against John of Jerusalem 34)

The door to heaven and key to paradise is through the cross The centrality of the Gospel message is the cross - but fortunately it does not stop there. Through the cross Jesus defeated our enemies - death and Satan and won pardon for our sins. His cross is the door to heaven and the key to paradise. The way to glory is through the cross. When the disciples saw the risen Lord they disbelieved for joy! How can death lead to life, the cross to victory? Jesus shows us the way and he gives us the power to overcome sin and despair, and everything else that would stand in the way of his love and truth. Just as the first disciples were commissioned to bring the good news of salvation to all the Meditation by Don Schwager nations, so, we, too, are called to be witnesses of the (c) 2021 Servants of the Word Christ to all who live on the face of the www.dailyscripture.net earth. Do you witness the joy of the Gospel to those around Aren't we like the apostles? We wont believe you? unless we can see with our own eyes. The Gospel accounts Lord Jesus, open our minds to understand the attest to the reality of the resurrection of Jesus from the Scriptures that we fully comprehend the truth of your grave. Jesus goes to great lengths to assure his disciples word. Anoint us with your power and give us joy and that he is no mere ghost or illusion. He shows them the boldness to proclaim the Gospel in word and deed.indeed marks of his crucifixion and he explains how the Scriptures overcome death and risen again. When Thomas recognized foretold his death and rising. his Master, he believed and exclaimed that Jesus was truly Jerome (347-420 AD), an early church bible Lord and truly God! Through the gift of faith we, too, pro- scholar, comments: claim that Jesus is our personal Lord and our God. He died "As he showed them real hands and a real and rose that we, too, might have new life in him. The Lord side, he really ate with his disciples; really offers each of us new life in his Holy Spirit that we may walked with Cleophas; conversed with men know him personally and walk in this new way of life with a real tongue; really reclined at supper; through the power of his resurrection. Do you believe in with real hands took bread, blessed and the good news of the Gospel and in the power of the Holy broke it, and was offering it to them... Do not Spirit to bring you new life, hope, and joy? put the power of the Lord on the level with “Lord Jesus Christ, through your victory over sin the tricks of magicians, so that he may appear and death you have overcome all the powers of sin and to have been what he was not, and may be darkness. Help me to draw near to you and to trust in your thought to have eaten without teeth, walked life-giving word. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and strength- without feet, broken bread without hands, en my faith in your promises and my hope in the power of spoken without a tongue, and showed a side your resurrection.”

JEDEN JEST TYLKO PAN... Highlights „Bo g naszych ojco w, Bo g Abrahama, Izaaka i Jakuba...”. To znaczy w osobiste dzieje kaz dego człowieka. Grzech niszczy naturę i najgłębszą strukturę wnętrza człowieka. Żakopujemy skarb, rozbijamy gliniane naczynia, wysycha oliwa w naszych lampach... Opowies c o Synu Marnotrawnym warto nosic w swoim sercu i o niej pamiętac . „O daj nam Panie natchnienie do wiary, kto ra jest prawdziwą two rczos cią” – mawiał poeta. Jezus wyzwolił nas z lęku, strach zastąpił nadzieją, „z e w imię Jego głoszone będzie nawro cenie i odpuszczenie grzecho w wszystkim narodom, począwszy od Jerozolimy”. O. Tomasz Dostatni OP
