LONGSTANDING PARTNERSHIP CONTINUES FOR TREK-SEGAFREDO AND SCICON BAGS.

One of Scicon Bags’ most successful professional team partnerships is set to continue through 2018, supplying Trek-Segafredo riders and staff with a range of technical bag solutions. Over the years of working alongside one another, SCICON has been privy to the expertise of some of the worlds best riders, including stars such as and , and some of the most skilled mechanics and staff in the top tiers of . This now continues over the coming year with names including , , and .

Luca Guercilena, Trek-Segafredo General Manager said: “Scicon Bags make the lives of our riders and staff that much easier, which in the high-pressure environments around races goes a long way. We’re pleased to again have the increa- sing range of technical bags at our disposal this season, both for the needs of riders and staff.”

With regular global travel, where the team has had a selection of the AeroComfort ROAD and Triathlon bike travel bags on hand over the years, as well as a number of other technical bags, the team has proved a huge asset in the development of SCICON products.

Working alongside such cyclists over the years has helped SCICON to refine and adapt its already technical products to the needs of the most demanding of riders and staff. Over the years, the team has worked with the range of the AeroComfort bags, starting with the original AeroComfort which developed over the years into the 2.0, and more recently the 3.0 which was launched at the start of 2017. The new 3.0 range comes with a reinforced internal structu- re, as well as added protection and maneuverability. Adding to this, the bags are now thru-axle compatible, while maintaining their lightweight design and being quick and easy to pack. For 2018, members of the team will have at their disposal the AeroComfort 3.0 bike bags, custom Scicon Race Rain Bags, as well as other technical bags to accommodate the needs of the various roles of staff members.

Scicon Bags brand manager Christian Pearce also added: “We’ve built up a long standing relationship with the team over the years, working with some of the world’s best riders, and so to continue with Trek-Segafredo again this year is a real positive for us. We’re glad to be such a benefit to the team in the increasingly global race calendar”.
