Bracco Group (www.bracco.com) is a leader in contrast agents for . The R&D is articulated between three Group’s centers which together form one of the world’s most important know-how network. The three centers – whose competences are geared to continuous innovation– work on a coordinated basis. Based in Geneva (), we are looking for a

Post-Doctoral fellowship offer Deep learning for contrast-enhanced

Context: Using Contrast Agents in Ultrasound (US) significantly extends the use of this imaging modality in characterizing blood perfusion features and even enables advanced analyses like Molecular Imaging and microvascular architecture characterization. We believe at Bracco that Deep Learning (DL) techniques can and will bring this modality to higher levels of robustness and efficiency and allow it to better support diagnostic imaging standardization efforts. DL would reduce operator dependency, support spatiotemporal imaging features interpretation and solve complex/ambiguous cases, reducing subjective analyses and may be outperforming experts. In this context the R&D team in Geneva is looking for motivated research scientist to join us in leveraging this exciting challenge and develop novel applications of DL in Contrast-Enhanced US.

Activities: ▪ Contribute to the research and development of innovative applications of Deep Learning in Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound imaging (CEUS) analysis and interpretation. ▪ Contribute to the valorization of these innovations via patents, if applicable, and scientific communications. ▪ Work in an ISO 13485-certified environment for medical software applications.

Profile: ▪ PhD in Deep Learning applications, preferably medical image and/or image sequences analysis. ▪ Excellent skills CNNs and recurrent networks. ▪ Good practices of Python programming and DL frameworks (Keras-Tensorflow, pytorch) ▪ Knowledge of C#/.NET, F# or C++ is a plus. ▪ Experience with medical imaging is an asset but is not mandatory. ▪ Active attitude and teamwork spirit. ▪ Good oral and writing skills in English.

We offer: ▪ A challenging research project with means to succeed and collaborations with highly qualified clinical experts. ▪ A work environment with state-of-the-art technologies. ▪ An extremely stimulating field of research within a highly specialized and qualified scientific environment. ▪ An international company working on medicinal products with high added value.
