Mori played with Leonard Melander, Kelley Hwang, Rick Kaye, Kazuo Furuta and Hiroki Yokoi. This was the first NABC victory for each of the team members except for Mori, who has won the event twice. It was his fifth NABC career win. With the win, Furuta and Yokoi became the first Japanese nationals to win an NABC event.
