Millennium Carillon Tours Tour the Millennium Carillon!Scouts First view an 8-minute historical video featuring the Naper- ville Riverwalk and the Millennium Carillon in the Visitor Center. Then climb to the top of Moser Tower, the 16-story structure housing the Carillon, a 72-bell musical instrument. Enjoy the bells and the spectacular view. A special Millennium Carillon patch is included for each scout. This program does not meet any specific scout badge requirements.
