Sales Pricing is the price you charge your customers for an item. Description = American Supply Pricing Sales Pricing Pages Click on “Price Pages” in the Left column, and then click on “New Page” in the Right column. Pricing Methods NOTE! The Values tab is where you will tell the system what discounts or mark-ups to take. Pricing Methods Indicate actual Price NOTE! If there are any price changes, you will have to manually go through each pricing page and change the price. Pricing Methods None Price is manually entered at the time of sale Use if you have group of items you want order takers to price Sales Pricing Page • Works in conjunction with the Values tab Values tab Calculation Method Difference System will subtract the value in the Calculation Value field Negative amount will add the amount Multiplier System will multiply the value in Calculation Value field against the Source Price Mark Up 100/(100-Mark Up) Calculation Method Percentage Calculation Value is entered as a Percentage of the Source price or actual price If 90 is entered in the Calculation Value field, the actual or source price is multiplied by .90 Fixed Price Value is the actual sales price Note! If there are any price changes, you will have to manually go through each pricing page and change the price. Values tab Totaling Method What can be “combined” on the order to reach each break point? Totaling Methods Item Totaled independently from all other items on the order Discount Group Combined with all other items on the order that are in the same discount group Product Group Combined with items in the same product group Totaling Methods Supplier Combined with all other items on the order that share the same primary supplier Order Combined with all other items on the order Totaling Methods Major Group Combined with all other items on the order that are in the same Major Group Used to combine Pricing Pages Totaling Basis What is accumulated to achieve a discount? Totaling Basis Price 1 to 10 Supplier List Price Primary Supplier Cost Standard Cost Average Cost Last Received PO Cost Next Due In PO Cost Totaling Basis Sales Unit Weight Piece UOM Other Cost Breaks Field Breaks are exclusive.
