NOTICE INVITING TENDER NO.10 OF 2020 – 2021
Sealed tender in printed form specified below are invited for the following works from eligible contractors as per particulars given below and will be received by the Assistant Engineer, P.W.D., Hooghly Construction Sub Division No.III, Baghkhal, Konnagar, Dist. Hooghly up to the time specified below:-
a) Name of work : As per enclosed sheet.
b) Name & address of the : Hooghly Construction Division,P.W.D., P.W.D.Division concerned P.O. Chawkbazar, Dist. Hooghly.
c) Eligibility of the contractor : As per enclosed sheet. to participate in the tender
d) Price per copy of the specified : As per enclosed sheet. price schedule of rate
e) Last date of receiving application : 10.02.2021 up to 2.00 pm
f) Last date & time limit for : purchase of tender form A.E.,P.W.D, Hooghly Construction Sub Division No III
g) Last date & time limit for : 12.02.2021 up to 2.00 pm & after 2.30 pm dropping & opening of tenders
i) Price per copy of printed : 2911(ii) As per attached list. WBF No.
j) Price per copy of set of other : As per enclosed sheet. papers
k) Godown from which Departmental : Any departmental godown & stackyard material to be issued under Hooghly Construction Division.
l) Intending tenderers will have to produce up to date clearance certificate of ST, PT clearance along with copy of PAN card with the application for purchase of tender documents from the office of the undersigned.
m) Intending tenderers should obtain tender documents well in advance to guard against any difficulty due to possible absence from headquarters of the officer issuing tender forms.
n) No advantage can be taken by any one of any obvious error or omission & the decision of the tendering authority shall be final & binding. The tendering/competent authority has reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tender papers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
o) No conditional tender will be accepted, the tendering/competent authority reserves the right to reject it without showing any reason thereof.
p) The rates should be quoted both in figure & in words and should be sealed properly.
q) The intending tenderers are requested to visit the site & check documents from this office before submitting their tender.
r) The intending tenderers are requested to write the description of work properly in the tender documents.
s) All materials & T & P will have to be arranged by the agency at his own cost if not available from the dept.
t) In addition to realization of Income Tax/ VAT as per rules realization of cess @ 1% (one percent) of the cost of construction work from the bill.
