The tendering/competent authority has reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tender papers without assigning any reason whatsoever. o) No conditional tender will be accepted, the tendering/competent authority reserves the right to reject it without showing any reason thereof. p) The rates should be quoted both in figure & in words and should be sealed properly. q) The intending tenderers are requested to visit the site & check documents from this office before submitting their tender. r) The intending tenderers are requested to write the description of work properly in the tender documents. s) All materials & T & P will have to be arranged by the agency at his own cost if not available from the dept. t) In addition to realization of Income Tax/ VAT as per rules realization of cess @ 1% (one percent) of the cost of construction work from the bill.
