Nordboard measures and monitor hamstring strength and imbalance. To understand how our players compare with evidence-based norms. To identify if and when our players deviate from what we expect, so that we can intervene and, where possible, avoid injury. The whole objective of these 2 tests is to prevent injury and maximising players availability in training and games. Moving forward, in order to improve the players in their physical development, these tests will be done in the early part of the year for athlete profiling and as reference for the respective fitness coaches to individualise the player's program according to their deficiencies. Our National U-16 Team departed to Surabaya, Indonesia to participate in the Asean Football Federation (AFF) U-16 Championships. The team departed on 27 July for the tournament to play against Thailand, Malaysia, Laos and Brunei DS in Group B.
