Consulting firms Solucom and Hidra Partners join forces to provide the same values to their clients in France and Spain
The consulting firms Solucom (Paris – Lyon – Nantes – Marseille) and Hidra Partners (Barcelona) have today announced the signature of a strategic memorandum of understanding. The recently created Hidra Partners, run by Toni Macia, is an acknowledged Independent Advice firm in the Management & ICT market in Spain. Solucom, founded in 1990, today with a staff of almost 1,000, is the fifth largest IT consulting company in France. The two companies have decided to work together to be able to better meet the requirements of their respective clients in France, Spain and elsewhere in Europe. The agreement includes an operative section, which seeks to leverage the geographical and skills complementarity to provide extended consulting and support to the clients of both firms. In addition, in order to provide their clients with seamless service, Solucom and Hidra Partners have also decided to share methodologies and skills and to cooperate on knowledge management.
