Entercom Baltimore offers internships at the radio stations in Promotions, Programming, Sales and Business Departments. Interns must be college Promotions Directors students and receive college credit for the internship. The Department 1 Internship Program Entercom Baltimore Program Directors Managers oversee the internships to evaluate the interns and ensure they are Sales Managers receiving information and education. Internships are ongoing throughout the year.

Entercom Baltimore offers job shadows at the radio stations in our Promotions, Promotions Directors Programming and Sales Departments. These two-week job shadows are for Program Directors 2 Job Shadow Program Entercom Baltimore high school and college students who are receiving school credit for attending. Sales Managers The student shadows different employees over the course of two weeks to learn

about careers in radio.

Once a week, Entercom Baltimore airs recruitment advertisements on all stations Program Directors On-Air EEO Policy and seeking applicants across all departments. Entercom Baltimore Program Director spoke to students and their parents Interview Strategies regarding interview strategies and the requirements needed to obtain a position North County High School, 9 North County High in broadcasting. He described positions that are available and answered Program Director Glen Burnie, Maryland School questions on the industry, interviewing techniques and potential career opportunities.

Entercom Baltimore Entercom Baltimore’s management team spoke to potential candidates about Sales Managers Entercom, 10 Career Day various career opportunities within the organization.
