RE: Notice of Temporary Layoff/Furlough Pursuant to the Federal and California Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Acts

To Whom It May Concern,

In compliance with the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN") Act (29 U.S.C. § 2101 et seq.) and the California WARN Act (Cal. Labor Code § 1400 et seq.), WASH Laundry Systems, Inc. (the "Company") is writing to provide you with notice of a "mass layoff' as that term is defined by statute at our operation located at 9455 Waples Street, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92121. Pursuant to California Executive Order N-31-20 and 29 U.S.C. § 2101(b)(2)(A), any reduction in the notification period (to the extent' a notice is required) is a result of the unforeseeable business circumstances and economic downturn caused by the COVID- 19 pandemic. Notice is concurrently being provided to affected employees in compliance with California Executive Order N-31-20.

Further, although we are providing notice, we believe no notice is required because the pandemic constitutes a physical calamity under Labor Code § 1401(c), the layoff is temporary and is not expected to exceed 6 months, and therefore is not considered an "employment loss" under 29 U.S. Code § 2101(a)(6), the layoff is being ordered by government officials and not the employer, and therefore no notice is required under 29 U.S.C. § 2102(a) or Labor Code § 1401(a), and/or the shutdown is expected to last less than 30 days pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 2101(a)(2).

As of March 30, 2020, the positions of 1 employee will be subject to furlough / temporary layoff. We anticipate this furlough to be temporary for an indefinite period of time and may be extended based on business needs or order by state or local government officials. There will be

no bumping rights or bumping procedures since the employees of the Company are not covered by a collective bargaining unit.

The following is a list of the positions which will be subject to furlough / temporary layoff, as well as the number of employees affected:

Job Titles of Affected Number of Employees Positions Holding Each Position Technician 1, Installation 1

You may obtain further information about this layoff by contacting me. I can be reached at (310) 725-4868 or [email protected].

Re: Notification of Store Closing and Furlough — WARN Act Notice

To Whom It May Concern:

This notice is being provided to you pursuant to the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN") Act, California Labor Code § 1401.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, including mandatory closure orders in some locations and recommendations of health and safety officials concerning steps to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, L Brands, Inc. and Victoria's Secret, PINK and Bath & Body Works (together, the "Company") have temporarily closed their store locations in the State of California. As a result, the Company will temporarily furlough certain employees at these locations as of April 5, 2020. These are not union facilities, and no bumping rights exist for affected employees.

This notice is being given as soon as possible, but due to the rapidly developing and changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, additional notice was not feasible. The business circumstances leading to the closing of our stores were not reasonably foreseeable.

For store closures that may be subject to the California WARN Act, we have enclosed the name and physical address of the store locations on Addendum A, along with information identifying the affected job titles and the number of affected employees by job title at each location. We request that this information be kept confidential.

In accordance with Executive Order N-31-20, notice to each affected employee contains the following statement: "If you have lost your job or been laid off temporarily, you may be eligible for Unemployment Insurance (UI). More information on Ul and other resources available for workers is available at labor.ca.gov/coronavirus2019."

We regret the extraordinary circumstances that made this furlough necessary. If you have any questions or need further information, you may contact Sherri Macik, AVP HR Operations, L Brands, Inc., 4 Limited Parkway, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, at 614-577-6435.

Sincerely,

•March 30, 2020 RE: Announcement of Cessation in Resort Operations

Dear Associates,

As I am sure you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is resulting in an unprecedented reduction in travel and timeshare and hotel guests. We value every member of our team and appreciate your dedication and service. The global effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 is presenting tough choices for everyone. The state of emergency and executive orders in place for the nation and the State of California necessitate the immediate severe restriction and temporary cessation of our resort operations.

We regret we must now inform you of the cessation of operations at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at MarBrisa, 1594 MarBrisa Circle, Carlsbad, CA 92008.

Effective today the Resort will begin winding down, working toward a complete closure. All positions are impacted. This closure will be temporary. The Resort does not provide employees "bumping rights", meaning no employee of the Resort has a contractual provision which allows a more senior employee to replace a less senior employee in any position.

Apr 21, 2020 CR 18 STATE OF CALIFORNIA PROGRAMS FOR THE UNDEREMPLOYED School Activities/Emergency Leave The California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) has specifically addressed school closures in a recent COVID-19 FAQ, highlighting the school-related emergencies leave provided by California law. While employees can utilize their vacation/PTO in accordance with company policies, certain employees can also use school activities leave. In California, employers with 25 or more employees working at the same location must permit employees to take time off for certain child-related activities, including to address a child-care provider or school emergency. Such an emergency includes closure or unexpected unavailability of the school or child-care provider. Employees may take up to 40 hours each year for school activities. Employees are limited to eight hours per month for most activities, but that limitation doesn't apply to emergencies. Thus, employees may be able to use all 40 hours for the current school closures. Employers can require the employee to first use existing vacation, PTO or other personal leave, unless prohibited by a collective bargaining agreement. Depending on the employer's policies, the employee may also take the leave unpaid.

Sick or Quarantined If an employee is unable to work due to having or being exposed to COVID-19 (certified by a medical professional), they may apply for Disability Insurance through the State of CA at https://www.edd.ca.gov/Disability/How to File a DI Claim in SDI Online.htm. Disability Insurance provides short-term benefit payments to eligible workers who have a full or partial loss of wages due to a non-work-related illness, injury, or pregnancy. Benefit amounts are approximately 60-70 percent of wages (depending on income) and range from $50-$1,300 a week.

Caregiving If an employee is unable to work because they are caring for an ill or quarantined family member with COVID-19 (certified by a medical professional), they may apply for Paid Family Leave through the State of CA can https://www.edd.ca.gov/Disabilitv/How to File a PFL Claim in SDI Online.htm. PFL provides up to six weeks of benefit payments to eligible workers who have a full or partial loss of wages because they need time off work to care for a seriously ill family member or to bond with a new child. Benefit amounts are approximately 60-70 percent of wages (depending on income) and range from $50-$1,300 a week.

Apr 21, 2020 CR 18 Reduced Work Hours If an employee's hours have been reduced or business operations shut down due to COVID-19, employees may file a Unemployment Claim https://www.edd.ca.qov/Unemployment/Filing a Claim.htm. Ul provides partial wage replacement benefit payments to workers who lose their job or have their hours reduced, through no fault of their own. Workers who are temporarily unemployed due to COVID-19 and expected to return to work with their employer within a few weeks are not required to actively seek work each week. However, they must remain able and available and ready to work during their unemployment for each week of benefits claimed and meet all other eligibility criteria. Eligible individuals can receive benefits that range from $40-$450 per week. When filing for Ul benefits, the employee must have earned enough wages during the base period to establish a claim, and be:

• Totally or partially unemployed.

• Unemployed through no fault of your own.

• Physically able to work.

• Available for work.

• Ready and willing to accept work immediately.

• Actively looking for work. A base period is a specific 12-month term the EDD uses to see if one earned enough wages to establish a Ul claim.

Re: WARN Act Notice

CD Dear WARN Act Coordinator:

The Coronavirus pandemic is an unprecedented event in modern history. The President has declared a national state of emergency and, locally the Governor issued California Executive Order N-33-20 Order (a statewide "Stay at Home" Order) on March 19, 2020, and the County of San Diego issued a sweeping Order[s] restricting the numbers of persons who can be together in one space (most recently amended effective March 29, 2020), such that it is no longer possible for us to continue operations in our usual manner until the Order is lifted, and the nature of our business operations do not allow for telecommuting or remote work. Accordingly, the Coronavirus pandemic is a "physical calamity" under the California Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ("Cal-WARN") (Labor Code Section 1401(c)) and a "business circumstance[] that w[as] not reasonably foreseeable" under Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN") Act of 1988 (29 USC 2102(b)(3)) and California Executive Order N-31-20 (March 17, 2020). Due to the unprecedented recent events described above, we were unable to provide the standard 60 day notice period. However, in order to ensure that you and all employees receive as much notice as possible, we are providing this notice to you and to each impacted employee at the earliest opportunity. We greatly value the contributions of all of our employees and do not take this action lightly. However, due to the unforeseen and unprecedented events, we must move forward with a reduction in force.

Re: Announcement of Planned Action

Dear Ms. Gouvaia: I am writing on behalf of Paradies-San Diego, LLC ("the Company"). The Company submits this notice to you to satisfy any obligation under the California Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, as well as the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, 29 U.S.C. 2101 et seq. If no obligation exists, this notice is being provided to you voluntarily. As a result of current world events and the devastating impact of COVID-19, the traffic and overall business in the San Diego International Airport (the "Airport") deteriorated rapidly. Reduced passenger traffic, as well as global and domestic directives on air travel, led to a sharp and unexpected downturn in our business, which operates retail concessions in this Airport. With that in mind, we are forced to make immediate and difficult decisions that will impact our workforce. We are executing plans to close certain stores and adjust staffing levels through layoffs at the Company's operations at the Airport located at 3225 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101. This layoff of employees is expected to be temporary.

Apr 21, 2020 CR 18 All affected employees have been notified of their separation dates and that their separation from employment will be temporary. Those employees are expected to be separated from employment on March 18, 2020.

Attached is a list of the job positions and number of individuals who will be affected by the layoff. There will be bumping rights for the affected employees pursuant to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

If you have any questions or want additional information concerning this matter, please contact Amanda Cash, Counsel for the Company, at 404-494-3448.

Re: WARN Act Notice

Dear Supervisor Cox:

This notice is a follow-up to our notice dated March 19, 2020.

Pursuant to the California Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN") Act and Executive Order N-31-20 issued on March 17, 2020, G.N.T., L.P., dba Poseidon on the Beach ("Company") will substantially cease operations at the Company's facility located at 1670 Coast Boulevard, Del Mar, CA ("the Facility") effective March 31, 2020.

This action was required by COVID-19-related business circumstances that were not reasonably foreseeable as of the time that notice would have been required due to the fact that federal, state, and/or local public health orders and government mandates have required this immediate action with little or no advance notice.

Pursuant to the California WARN Act, the Company gives notice as follows:

1. Substantially all operations at the Facility were temporarily suspended beginning March 17, 2020, and affected employees were furloughed. As of March 31, 2020 substantially all operations at the Facility were suspended for the foreseeable future, and all affected employees were laid off. This extended cessation of operations at the Facility is the result of the COVID-19 global pandemic. It is uncertain at the present time when operations at the Facility will be able to resume. Affected positions are listed below.

2. Affected employees were provided with a second WARN Notice on March 31, 2020. The Notice period has been reduced due to the sudden and severe impact of COVID-19 on Company operations. Notice has been provided to affected employees as quickly as is practicable under the circumstances.

3. There are no bumping rights.

4. The cessation of substantially all operations at the Facility is expected to be temporary, but it is unclear when operations will be able to resume. The layoffs are permanent.

The Company is prepared to work with state and local government agencies to assist its employees during this time of uncertainty. If you have any questions or would like any additional information concerning this matter, please feel free to contact me at (619) 285-5500.

As a result of unforeseeable business circumstances, specifically the current national and state emergencies relating to the COVID-19 virus, LAZ Parking California, LLC ("LAZ") must reduce staff at its operations at the locations listed in Exhibit A. This is a partial layoff. At this time and based on the information currently available, the duration of this action is unknown. Although we intend that that furloughs (or layoffs if employees are members of a collective bargaining agreement) will be temporary, we cannot guarantee that any furloughed or laid off employees will return to work due to the impact of COVID-19.

The first employee temporary furloughs, layoffs and reductions of work time in connection with this action are expected to occur starting on approximately the date of the letter and continuing for the next several weeks. All affected employees have been or will be notified of their separation dates and that their separation from employment is anticipated to be temporary.

Attached as Exhibit B is a list of the job titles of the positions to be affected by this action and the number of affected employees in each job classification. LAZ Parking does not have a job bumping system; that is, employees will not be able to displace more junior employees out of their job positions because of this reorganization. If employees are members of a Union or subject to a collective bargaining agreement, they may have bumping or other rights under the applicable collective bargaining agreement. We have also notified the respective Unions of this matter.

We are providing this notice as soon as possible in light of the rapidly-developing events surrounding COVID-19, which is now recognized as a global pandemic, natural disaster, and physical calamity. The World Health Organization recently declared a pandemic, the President of the United States has declared a National Emergency, and the Governor of the State of California has declared a State of Emergency. In the last 48 hours, there have been a number of closures of business that use our valet and other services due to government directives and the drastic reduction in business resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are providing this information out of an abundance of caution based on information currently available. The number of impacted individuals may change and will be updated promptly as appropriate. You may contact me at the phone number listed below for additional information.
