2021/22 UEFA Champions League Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Date: 13 July 2021 Match: Lincoln Red Imps FC vs. CS Fola Esch (5:0)

Lincoln Red Imps FC Charges: • UEFA Minimum Health & Hygiene Requirements for the Return of Spectators, Art. 5.2 (general hygiene measures, i.e. failure to install hand sanitisers) • UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations, Art. 21.01 (public address system)

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn Lincoln Red Imps FC for the violation of the UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations, i.e. missing of a public address system. • To warn Lincoln Red Imps FC for the violation of the UEFA Minimum Health & Hygiene Requirements for the Return of Spectators.

Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Date: 13 July 2021 Match: FK Borac Banja Luka vs. CFR 1907 Cluj (2:1)

FK Borac Banja Luka Charges: • Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR • Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FK Borac Banja Luka €11,750 for throwing of objects and fireworks. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Date: 13 July 2021 Match: NS Mura vs. KF Shkëndija (5:0)

NS Mura Charges: • Invasion of the field of play, Art. 16(2)(a) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine NS Mura €5,000 for the invasion of the field of play. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Date: 13 July 2021 Match: Linfield FC vs. FK Žalgiris Vilnius (1:2)

Linfield FC Charges: • Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. David Healy), Art. 11(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn Linfield FC for being responsible for the late kick-off. • To warn Linfield FC coach, Mr. David Healy, for being responsible for the late kick-off. • Linfield FC ensures the coach is personally informed of this decision.

FK Žalgiris Vilnius Charges: • Improper conduct of the team (5 players or more), Art. 15 (4) DR • Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. Vladimir Cheburin), Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Rough play (Mr. Uzėla Karolis), Art. 15(1)(a)(ii) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn FK Žalgiris Vilnius for the improper conduct of the team. • To warn FK Žalgiris Vilnius for being responsible for the late kick-off. • To warn FK Žalgiris Vilnius coach, Mr. Vladimir Cheburin, for being responsible for the late kick-off. • To suspend FK Žalgiris Vilnius player, Mr. Uzėla Karolis, for the next one (1) UEFA club competition match for which he would be otherwise eligible, for rough play. • FK Žalgiris Vilnius ensures that the coach and the player are personally informed of these decisions.

Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Date: 13 July 2021 Match: FC Kairat Almaty vs. Maccabi Haifa FC (2:0)

FC Kairat Almaty Charges: • Improper conduct of the team (5 players or more), Art. 15(4) DR • Illicit use of the public address system, Art. 43.03(b) SSR • Unsporting conduct (ball boys), Art. 11(1) DR • Assault (Mr Keiler Sergey), Art. 15(1)(e) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine €6,000 FC Kairat Almaty for the improper conduct of the team. • To fine €5,000 FC Kairat Almaty for the illicit use of the public address system. • The above fines in the total amount of €11,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn FC Kairat Almaty for the unsporting conduct of the ball boys. • To suspend FC Kairat Almaty player, Mr Keiler Sergey, for the next three (3) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for assaulting another player. • FC Kairat Almaty ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.

Maccabi Haifa FC Charges: • Assault (Mr. Mohamed El Fazaz Ali Mohamed), Art. 15(1)(e) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To suspend Maccabi Haifa FC player, Mr Mohamed El Fazaz Ali Mohamed, for the next two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for assaulting another player. • Maccabi Haifa FC ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.

2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League Date: 15 July 2021 Match: KF Vllaznia vs. NK Široki Brijeg (3:0)

KF Vllaznia Charges: • Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR • Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR • Insufficient screening and searching of spectators, Art. 33.02(b) Safety and Security Regulations

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine KF Vllaznia €5,500 for setting off fireworks. • To fine KF Vllaznia €5,250 for throwing of objects. • The above fines in the total amount of €10,750 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn KF Vllaznia for the insufficient screening and searching of spectators.

Competition: 2021/22 UEFA Europa Conference League Date: 15 July 2021 Match: FC Dinamo Batumi vs. SP Tre Penne (3:0)

FC Dinamo Batumi Charges: • Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR • Invasions of the field of play by its supporters, Art. 16(2)(a) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FC Dinamo Batumi €1,000 for setting off fireworks. • To fine FC Dinamo Batumi €8,000 for the invasions of the field of play. • The above fine, in the total amount of €9,000 must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

SP Tre Penne Charges: • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (team official delegation), para 11.2

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine SP Tre Penne €2,500 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Gzira United FC Charges: • Improper conduct of the team (5 players or more), Art. 15(4) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Gzira United FC €3,000 for the improper conduct of the team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

UE Sant Julià Charges: • Improper conduct of the team (5 players or more), Art. 15(4) DR • Unsporting conduct (Mr. Ruiz Enamorado Miguel), Art. 15(1)(a)(v) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine UE Sant Julià €6,000 for the improper conduct of the team. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To suspend UE Sant Julià player, Mr. Ruiz Enamorado Miguel, for the next one (1) UEFA club competition match for which he would be otherwise eligible, for unsporting conduct. • UE Sant Julià ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.
