“REPORT ON INDUSTRIAL VISIT –Poondi Reservoir”
We the students of B.E., CIVIL ENGINEERING II year Students from Easwari Engineering College went for an industrial Visit to Poondi reservoir, on 21.12.2018 & 28.12.2018 located at Thiruvallur district, Chennai under the supervision of Mrs.Chandrakanthamma, Mrs.Srividhya, Mr.Yashwanth and Mr.Lenin dhal, Assistant Professors, Civil Dept – EEC. On those days, we Split up in to two batches of students (II A & B section), both the batches visited on successive days to reservoir. Then we listened key points about safety measures should be followed for Sluice gate operation. There by we listen to in Water diverging Process to various area from reservoir and the students got the real picture of Treatment which they studied Water resources and Irrigation Engineering. Some of Feedback from Students is that they got clear idea about the flood alarming system if water rises to HFL and model of Cross-Drainage works were very easy to understand. So, we are very much thankful to you for a great opportunity to visit the site.

“REPORT ON INDUSTRIAL VISIT – Grundfos Pumps”
The students of B.E., CIVIL ENGINEERING II year Students from Easwari Engineering College went for an industrial Visit to Grundfos pumps India Pvt. Ltd. on 05.09.2018 & 14.09.2018 located at Thoraipakkam, Chennai under the supervision of Mr.Paramaguru Mr.Yashwanth, Mrs.Sandhya and Mrs.Srividya, Assistant Professors, Civil Dept – EEC. On those days, we Split up in to two batches of students (II-B & II-A), both the batches visited on the respective working days to the plant. Then they listened key points about safety measures should be followed for all the operation process. There by we listen to in Green building parameters which had followed. The students got the real picture of the Energy saving by less consumption of electricity which they studied in Mechanics of Fluids.. Some of the Feedback received from the students was that they got clear idea about the evolution of Green building concept adopted in our city. So, we are very much thankful to you for a great opportunity to visit the site.
