Each year Hi Kent, run a monthly “Repairing and Maintaining Hearing Aids” clinic in Cheriton for elderly people within the area.

This service is provided free. Volunteers carry out the actual work, however Hi Kent require sponsors to fund the equipment and spares required to enable this work to proceed. All the clients who attend the centre in Cheriton are unable to travel to the NHS clinics in Ashford for various reasons such as infirmity and/or cost and without Hi Kent would be left isolated.
