Purpose: A series of engagement activities with schools and youth groups across the Dock and OAPF area to understand the issues and aspirations of local young people and to map their current experience of the area. Followed by identifying a selected group of motivated young people representing a range of backgrounds and areas to take part in a video project (observatory making connections) and leading to the formation of a youth panel to input to the developing projects and to be champions for further youth engagement.
