  • Midnight Special Songlist
west coast music Midnight Special Please find attached the Midnight Special song list for your review. SPECIAL DANCES for Weddings: Please note that we will need your special dance requests, (I.E. First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Dance etc) FOUR WEEKS in advance prior to your event so that we can confirm that the band will be able to perform the song(s) and that we are able to locate sheet music. In some cases where sheet music is not available or an arrangement for the full band is need- ed, this gives us the time needed to properly prepare the music and learn the material. Clients are not obligated to send in a list of general song requests. Many of our clients ask that the band just react to whatever their guests are responding to on the dance floor. Our clients that do provide us with song requests do so in varying degrees. Most clients give us a handful of songs they want played and avoided. Recently, we’ve noticed in increase in cli- ents customizing what the band plays and doesn’t play with very specific detail. If you de- sire the highest degree of control (allowing the band to only play within the margin of songs requested), we ask for a minimum of 100 requests. We want you to keep in mind that the band is quite good at reading the room and choosing songs that best connect with your guests. The more specific/selective you are, know that there is greater chance of losing certain song medleys, mashups, or newly released material the band has.

  • Zz Top the Studio Albums 1970 – 1990
im Auftrag: medienAgentur Stefan Michel T 040-5149 1467 F 040-5149 1465 [email protected] ZZ TOP THE STUDIO ALBUMS 1970 – 1990 VÖ: 7. Juni ZZ Top hoch 10!

Spanning four decades, The Ozone Rangers have survived disco, big hair, techno- pop, and pretty boys with wispy voices. Relying on a groove of bluesy bass and drum rhythms sprinkled with some tasty Southern licks, the Ozone recipe has stood the test of time like a bottle of Jack Daniels on a woodshed shelf. True road warriors, stickers from towns north of Quebec, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, adorn Ozone road cases. Their first album, “Long Way To Rock And Roll”, was released in 1983 The band has opened for blues legend, Willie Dixon, Southern rockers Marshall Tucker, Charlie Daniels, and the Outlaws, even alternative notables, Alice In Chains. The boys have played in Tampa, on tour with the ZZ Top Eliminator car, done MTV’s Spring Break in Daytona, even a month of Pennsylvania prison concerts. The Ozone resume includes Daytona Bike Week, the Harrisburg, PA State Rights Rally, New Castle PA’s Thunder In The Cascades, Hazen, numerous New York and PA bike club events, Apple Harley Davidson, in Altoona, Jamestown H.D., Gowanda Harley Davidson’s open houses, Horsepower HD in Williamsport, The PA State H.O.G. Highway 414 We are a Blues Infused High Energy Rock & Roll Band, featuring soaring guitar licks, gritty vocals and a Chicago style blues harp. We cover several old blues standards as well as many classic and southern rock songs the blues inspired. We also perform original songs drawing from all these genres. Line Up: S. Aaron Oliver - Guitar Paul Fecke - Vocals and Harmonica Jon Matelski -Bass Eric Sorenson – Drums Biography: Highway 414 (four, one, four) got its start when guitarist Saul Aaron Oliver decided to realize his dream of putting a band together. Although he had only played guitar for about ten years, his tenacity and love of music allowed him to surpass most of his contemporaries. After a long and sometimes frustrating process, he found drummer Eric Sorenson, another hard working, quick study, vocalist/harmonica player Paul Fecke, who was on hiatus after finishing a tour with another band and most recently, bass player Jon Matelski, a career musician who over the years has played a variety of funk, jazz, r&b and alt rock, as well as blues and classic rock. Over thirty years separates the oldest from the youngest member in this band. The thing we all have in common, no matter how young or old, is we were all heavily influenced by the rock music of the 60's, 70's, 80's and beyond, from the early Stones and Yardbirds to Zeppelin, Cream, Allman Bros. ZZ Top, Stevie Ray, all the way to Guns & Roses and Kid Rock. The common thread that runs through all these various artists is the influence of the blues.
