Kitchen Manager

The Chobani Café Kitchen Manager will coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise the production, preparation and presentation of our creations. This role oversees the kitchen's daily administrative, operational, and culinary tasks, to include sanitation and safety processes. This position also motivates, trains, develops and directs the back of house employees to accomplish the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers of Chobani Cafe.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Lead and support the Chobani Café kitchen in the achievement of their financial and operational targets via effective organizational development, policy and procedural development, and appropriate team member training activities. • Clearly demonstrate to guests and Café team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation • Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging Café team members to continuously deliver the best possible service to our guests • Develop, implement and monitor initiatives designed to achieve profitable results and superior service in all facets of the Café • Implement innovative promotions, menus and concepts to create the ultimate experience with the Chobani brand • Inspect and ensure that all facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition and meet all regulatory requirements • Analyze all relevant profit and loss information such as sales, costs, labor cost and other incidentals to formulate efficiency improvements and assists in the preparation of budgets for the Café • Perform other duties as necessary

The Chobani Café Store Manager will coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise the Front of the House operations. This role oversees the café’s daily administrative and operational tasks focused on ensuring an exemplary customer experience. • Lead and support the Chobani Café’s Front of House in the achievement of their financial and operational targets via effective organizational development, policy and procedural development, and appropriate team member training activities • Responsible for creating and ensuring a positive guest experience through exceptional customer service and interaction • Maintain quality standards for food, service, health and safety; comply with all health and safety procedures • Oversee cash flow and inventory/supply management • Lead and motivate café associates for optimal productivity and sales growth; educate associates on customer service, sales and store procedures • Identify, hire and retain café associates who represent and believe in the vision and values of the Chobani café • Coordinate and oversee employee schedules and assignments to ensure that the café is properly staffed • Responsible for managing the opening and closing process for the café • Perform other duties as necessary

Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Café, under the leadership and direction of the General Manager, while delivering excellent customer service when interacting with customers. The responsibilities of this position include: • Effectively lead a shift, monitoring breaks and flow of foot traffic • Responsible for opening and closing procedures in partnership with other members of management • Assist with handling scheduling for hourly employees and help manage hours based upon the needs of the business • Work with senior management to develop and implement new operating systems and protocols to optimize efficiency, through put and consistency • Work with senior management to generate/update operating handbook and any other supporting materials required for operation • Ensure team member compliance with Chobani handbook • Support management in conflict resolution initiatives • Help identify operational and staffing opportunities and develop/implement creative and effective solutions • Assist with ordering, stocking and replenishing items needed for service • Handle monthly inventory and liaise with Finance • Foster positive Chobani culture among team members and customers • Monitor food quality and operations in back of house • Ensure DOH compliance and occupational health and safety compliance is met at all times • Assist with café-related events as they occur • Perform other duties as necessary
