REVIEW: This OP will be reviewed in October of odd-numbered years by the Director of Digital Media, Trademark Licensing, & Special Projects; Texas Tech Intercollegiate Athletics; and the Athletic Director with substantive revisions forwarded to the Vice President for Administration & Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Texas Tech Licensing Program In 1994, Texas Tech University partnered with the Collegiate Licensing Company to manage the licensing program and to establish a foundation for promoting and protecting the use of the university trademarks. Texas Tech University has registered the names, logos, and trademarks of the university with the U.S. Office of Patent and Trademarks (http://www.uspto.gov/) and the state of Texas.
