Travel Tips Get more out of your holidays: Our resort in Coorg is located at a moderate altitude of 800 Mts. It is pleasant all year round but tends to get cooler in the monsoon and winter seasons. We advise you to carry appropriate clothing and footwear to enjoy your stay and the on-site activities, particularly outdoor activities like the guided plantation tour and nature walks. Spirit of Kabini – The guest are taken in their Vehicle/Our Bolero to the Gandathur village river front, to a tribal house for the local Jaggery Coffee and back to the resort. A Naturalist will accompany the guest and explain about the local agriculture and how the tribal community lives in harmony with nature and forests.

Sunset Cruise - Cruise on the glistening River Kabini and watch a magnificent sunset. Experience nature first hand: relax and feel the ebb and flow of River Kabini. Watch how a typical day in Kabini draws to a close.

Documentary on Wildlife – Films on Indian Wildlife by eminent filmmakers will be shown every alternate evening, thus en- hancing your knowledge on wildlife.

Tribal Dance – Every alternate evening, a cultural program will take place, where a troupe of Kuruba tribal dancers will per- form their traditional dance to the accompaniment of two wooden drums and one wind instrument. Learn about their lifestyle, culture, the unique social and political dynamics of the period and the magnificent structures of the royal city.

Virupaksha Trail: This trail begins with a leisurely walk up the Hemakuta hill, which opens up a treasure trove of pre-Vijay- anagara temples, statues and the wondrous stories surrounding them. It will also serve you delightful views of the rock-strewn landscape of Hampi. Stroll down to the centuries old Virupaksha Temple at the base of the hill, the holy temple of the early Kings of the Vijayanagara Empire in the 14th century. The end of the trail is marked by the exquisite Krishna temple and the huge monolith of Narasimha.

Vitthalapura Walk: Hampi had many suburbs or puras. They were self-sufficient settlements centered around a temple and an attached market denoting two of its core activities – worship and commerce. Explore the Vitthalapura Bazaar that leads to the famous Vijaya Vitthala temple considered by many to represent the pinnacle of temple architecture in India. This temple is renowned for its musical stone pillars and a chariot carved in stone.

Tungabhadra Trek: Enjoy an offbeat trek by the Tungabhadra River. The riverside boulders are replete with local legends from the Ramayana, ruins of temples set in grey ochre granite backdrops and stunning views of the Tungabhadra River flowing gently through the valleys of the rocky mountains. Climb a few boulders, spot a few birds or just settle down to witness the sun set behind the stunning Virupaksha Temple.

Travel Agent Discount (TAD) Structure: Travel Agent Discount (TAD) Slabs

Achievement Discount % of incentive on the entire sale Upto Rs. 10 Lakhs 15% Nil When 10 Lakhs mark is achieved, 2% of Rs. 10 Lakhs 17% 10 Lakhs will be immediately released by cheque. Rs. 10 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs 17% Nil When 20 Lakhs mark is achieved, 3% of Rs. 20 Lakhs 20% 20 Lakhs will be immediately released by cheque

Explanation: 1. As mentioned in the above table, we have 3 TA Discount slabs: - 15% (upto 10 Lakhs), 17% (10 to 20 Lakhs) and 20% (20 Lakhs and above). 2. When a 15% agent crosses a gross revenue of 10 Lakhs, he is immediately upgraded to the next slab that is 17% and 2% of 10 Lakhs is returned to the agent immediately as a cheque. 3. When a 17% agent crosses a gross revenue of 20 Lakhs, he is immediately upgraded to the next slab, that is 20%, which is the highest TA Discount slab and 3% of 20 Lakhs is returned to the agent immediately as a cheque. 4. Once an agent gets into the 20% TA Discount slab in a Financial Year (eg: 2018 -19), he will enjoy 20% TA Discount in the next Financial Year (that is 2019-20) as well and this will continue as long as the agent continues to achieve the set target. 5. For the purpose of calculation of achievement, sales figures before discount (gross revenue) will be considered. 6. The above mentioned Travel Agent Discount structure is valid for the financial year 2018-2019.

Travel Agent Discount (TAD) Levels:

Explanation: 1. As mentioned in the above table, we have 03 different discount slabs. 2. The discount levels increase with the increase in the duration of stay in a single resort / combination of 02 or more resorts. 3. Please note that the TAD mentioned above is valid only till 31st March 2019.

Travel Agent Override Incentive Scheme:

The Override Incentive Scheme at Evolve Back Resorts has been a successful initiative of ours to motivate our travel partners who have been consistently supporting us in promoting Evolve Back Resorts. All 20% Agents generating over 25 Lakhs revenue in a financial year will be eligible for this scheme, over and above the regular TAD. Please find below the different incentive slabs on the basis of the revenue generated by an agency.

Agents who offer discounts higher than the Maximum Discounts mentioned above shall automatically disqualify themselves from the announced Override Incentive Scheme. 6. The above discount slabs should be compulsorily followed for all bookings. 7. It is mandatory for all Agents who are into B to B business to pass on the above information to all sub-agents booking Evolve Back Resorts.
