We recommend that you do not cycle on this road. and then first left to Huggate (long hill). The Council is in the process of making the path alongside the road a shared cycle path. When completed this will be signed. turn left towards Pocklington. Turn left at the crossroads towards Millington. Until then you should dismount and walk along the path to the crossing point just before the next junction. Keep straight on at the first junction and Cross the road, taking great care. If the cycle path has been signed, please dismount and walk across the road at the crossing point. Take great care. This is a busy road with fast traffic. bear right at the next one signed to Millington Wood. This road passes through Millington Pastures Continue up the lane to Burnby and turn left at the end to Pocklington. For safety reasons, we do not recommend that with a steep hill at the end. If you wish to lengthen your route turn right at the lane end and join Route 4 or Route 5. this route is cycled clockwise. Continue through Millington, ignoring all side roads, and follow signs back to Pocklington..
